Option 4: Entry, Includes Breakfast, Dinner and Tented Accommodation
Option 5: Entry, Includes Breakfast, Dinner and Sharing accommodation at Raven Hall Hotel

*Please note that the entry fees are per person and not per team
This will also include a chill zone from 11pm at the finish where athletes can relax and have a drink.

Yorkshire 3 day Trail Run included in the entry fee:
– 3 day challenge in the unspoilt beauty of the best areas of  Scarborough, Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom. Each day will be unique in that Day 1 will take competitors on single tracks into the Indigenous Dolby Forest,
Day 2 will be something completely different –  of spectacular trails through the beautiful Moorlands.
Day 3 will conclude with trails along rugged Coastline of the Cleveland Way.

Registration and Late Entries:
Pre-entries for the event will close 21 April 2018. No late entries will be accepted.
Registration for the event will be Thursday 18th April 2018  from 12:00 – 18:00 with a compulsory race briefing afterwards.

Compulsory Equipment (for your own safety):

As a precaution, we would like you to carry the following compulsory equipment with you during your run. It is for your own personal safety. Please adhere to the following:

-Cell phone (on roaming please),  zip lock bag to keep phone dry
-Space blanket
-Backpack
-Long Thermal base layer (pants and top)
-Whistle
-Hat
-Emergency food
-Water bottles
-Sunscreen (factor 50)
-Outer shell jacket (waterproof)
-First aid kit

Please ensure that you have the compulsory equipment with you at all times during race as conditions change quickly.

How to get there:

Massages

 Massages are half an hour time slots for 30 pounds per person.

Enter/Register

Athletes cancelling may transfer their entry to another person, but that person will have to accept that changes to sizes etc. of clothing in the goody bag may not be able to be made if they are not available – when goody bags are applicable.

25% of Entry fee will be charged for any transfers for admin costs.
Entries may unfortunately not be transferred to 2019.

Accommodation

Race Village: Raven Hall Hotel

The Race village is at Raven Hall Hotel a 3-star hotel. Set in North York Moors National Park and overlooking Robin Hood’s Bay, this upscale hotel in an 18th-century Victorian building is 11 miles from the Stephen Joseph Theatre.

The brightly decorated rooms feature en suite bathrooms, sitting areas and flat-screen TVs. Many have bay views. There are also 8 lodges with scenic views, kitchenettes and free WiFi.The bay-view lounge overlooks lush gardens. Other amenities include a 9-hole cliffside golf course, heated indoor pool and free WiFi in public areas, as well as tennis courts and free parking.

To book accommodation: TBA. Please do not book directly with Raven Hall Hotel, we booked out the whole hotel.

We want to encourage all Runners to book accommodation at the Race Village.
The vibe will be vibrant and exciting. Bookings must be done through the Race Office – the whole Hotel is booked out for this Event.
Please do not book on your own, it will cause us having double bookings.
There are limited Rooms, Chalets and Cottages available and bookings will work on a first paid, first serve basis. Lots of Camping space – we can provide you with a tent. Each team member will receive his/her own tent, this will also include a mattress. You can also bring your own tent.

Cancellation policy

25% of the entry fee will be retained for admin costs, the balance refunded before 1st September 2016
50% of the entry fee will be refunded if written notice is received before 1st November 2016
25% of the entry fee will be refunded if written notice is received before 1st January 2017.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be made if cancellation is done after 1st January 2017

Quoted prices below are for the whole Unit and for 3 nights – Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings. You can add extra people to your Chalet at an extra fee.

Meals and Refreshments

There will be  coffee, tea and hot chocolate for sale at the Race Village, as well as a Hot dog stand.  The Bar will be open from 11:00 to 22:00 every day, where basic snacks like crisps, nuts and chocolates, will be sold.
